8月9日,中国疾病预防控制中心发布7月猴痘疫情监测情况——2023年7月1日至31日,中国内地(不含港澳台)23省(区、市)新增报告491例猴痘确诊病例 。其中广东报告115例、北京报告81例、四川报告49例、浙江报告40例、湖南报告33例、江苏报告31例、上海报告25例、安徽报告19例、天津报告17例、湖北报告17例、河南报告14例、辽宁报告12例、山东报告12例、吉林报告9例、云南报告4例、陕西报告4例、福建报告2例、重庆报告2例、山西、内蒙古、广西、贵州、青海各1例,无重症、死亡病例。
猴痘病毒
猴痘病毒(Mpox virus,MPXV)与天花病毒一样,属于正痘病毒属。其形态与正痘病毒一致, 外形为圆角砖形或卵圆形,大小为200~400nm。砖形或卵圆状,外被脂蛋白膜或封套,中间具有两个含蛋白质的侧体,有1个厚膜核心,核心内含很大的双链DNA基因体。M痘病毒的基因组为双链DNA,长约197kb,基因组末端包含一个相同但方向相反的末端反向重复序列。该病毒包含190个开放阅读框,其中4个位于末端反向重复序列中。猴痘病毒核心蛋白为A29L, A35R, B6R, M1R, H3L

Monkeypox virus/MPXV A29L
A29L是细胞内成熟病毒(IMV)表面包膜蛋白(与牛痘病毒VACV,A27同源)。溶瘤痘苗病毒(VV)属于痘病毒科中一拥有192kb双螺旋DNA遗传物质的病毒,会在细胞质中繁殖出具有鞘膜的病毒,进而感染其他不同种的哺乳动物细胞及个体.VV中的A27L基因能表达出一14kDa大小的鞘膜蛋白,此蛋白能与细胞表面上的硫酸乙酰肝素(Heparan Sulfate)作用使病毒跟细胞结合并且可催化细胞融合。
